Abstract

A 40-year-old man had numbness and weakness in both lower limbs and lower back pain for one year. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) at another institution demonstrated bone destruction of the second lumbar vertebra (L2) involving the adjacent spinal canal and spinal conus. The patient underwent posterior lamina decompression from L1 to L2, spinal canal enlargement, posterolateral bone fusion.
